Application Checklist:
To expedite the processing of your loan, be sure you have the following items and/or information:
- Purchase Agreement
- Legal description of property
- Employers’ names, addresses, and phone numbers
- Pay stubs covering the past 30-day period for each borrower.
- W-2 Forms from all employers for the last 2 years
- Bank statements for the last two months.
- List of all assets
- List of creditors
- Addresses for past two years
- If self-employed or commission income provide last two years of federal tax returns
For Construction Loans, you’ll need:
- A copy of plans and specifications.
- Plat/survey of property
- Itemized cost breakdown
- Builder bid (If applicable)
